versovino - il Decanter piccolino®
Logo-design, photography, packaging, website-design, illustration.

versovino - Il Decanter piccolino®
was invented in 2003 by Damiano Miniera in his Winebar/Restaurant Enoteca La Sosta del Rossellino in Florence, Italy. It helps to aerate and measure the wine while pouring glass by glass.
In 2004 I invented the name "versovino" which comes from italian "verso" (I'm pouring) and "vino" (wine) and I created the logo and all necessary material (pictures, illustration, packaging, website, ...).
The logo had to be easy to reproduce with different printing techniques (silver logo on the box, brand on the wooden cork, white 'decalcomania' on the glas sphere). Also I wanted to illustrate somehow the moment of pouring the wine through the glas bulb.
